Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including enrollment in courses, access to resources, and participation in educational programs at Arvind Gavali College of Engineering, Panmalewadi, Satara. To enroll in any of our programs, you must meet the eligibility criteria set by the CET CELL Admission Authority and the D.T.E. (Directorate of Technical Education).

3. Enrollment and Registration

  • To enroll in any course or program, you must complete the registration process of CET CELL Admission regulatory authority and D.T.E. by providing accurate and complete information.
  • Enrollment is subject to availability and may be closed once maximum capacity is reached.

4. Fees and Payment

  • All fees for programs, and services are as per F.R.A. guidelines and must be paid in full by the due dates provided during registration.
  • Payment can be made via [payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, etc.]
  • Fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the refund policy.

5. Course Content and Materials

  • The institute provides access to educational materials, courses, and other resources as part of your enrollment.
  • All content, including but not limited to lecture notes, videos, and exams, is the intellectual property of the institution and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission. ∙ Students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for educational purposes only.

6. Code of Conduct

  • All students and staff must act in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any other behavior that disrupts the learning environment is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including expulsion or termination of access to educational resources.

7. Academic Integrity

  • Students must maintain the highest standards of academic integrity, including avoiding plagiarism, cheating, and falsification of academic records.
  • Any breach of academic integrity may result in academic penalties, including dismissal from the program.

8. Attendance and Participation

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes or complete required coursework within the timelines set by the course instructor.

  • Refunds will only be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy as per the guidelines of F.R.A.

  • The institute is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or costs arising from the use of our services.
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platforms or resources linked to or used in conjunction with our services.

12. Force Majeure

The institute will not be held liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

The institute reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services for students who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
